Return Policy
At Teexmediallc.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why most of our products are covered by a 30-day refund policy.
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@teexmediallc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and include it on the return shipping label.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to expedite the support process.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Refunds are only applicable for faulty or damaged items. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to personal preferences, including:
- Change of size after receiving the correct size from your order.
- Material or color dissatisfaction.
- Other subjective reasons.
However, we are happy to offer you a discount code for future purchases in these cases.
- Lost packages: We do not issue refunds for lost packages if tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Approval & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation regarding its receipt. You will then be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there might be a processing delay.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@teexmediallc.com and provide your order details along with clear photos of the defect or damage.
